Southaven-Pictures from the December Wine Dinner

Everyone had a great time! The wines were fantastic and the food was even better.

For dessert we had housemade Chocolate Truffles and Champagne

Josh and staff preparing the main course- Petite Beef Wellington with Rosemary Potato Gratin.
We paired this course with Duckhorn Decoy.

Chicken and Cabrales Blue Cheese Phyllo Pockets served with Paul Hobbs Pinot Noir

Grilled Asparagus over Angel Hair with a Lemon Beurre Blanc served with Columbia Crest "Grand Estates" Chardonnay

Prosciutto wrapped Shrimp with an Orange Marmalade Glaze served with Conundrum
