Congratulations to Natural Born Grillers!!!




Our sister restaurant Natural Born Grillers won the prestigious People's Choice award at the Taste of DeSoto this year! Quite an accomplishment for their first year .
Congratulations Carmen and John Wheeler and the rest of the staff at NBG!!!

We did it again!
Best of Show and Tastiest Food two years in a row!!







Our Carving Station had Bison Tenderloin with Cognac Peppercorn Cream Sauce.




We also served Bacon Wrapped Shrimp with an Apple Horseradish Glaze.



Our White Chocolate and Fresh Vanilla Bean Petite Creme Brulees were a real hit!!!


Courtney and Corey are all smiles!
We always have a great time at the Taste of DeSoto and we are glad to support such a worthy cause as the Liver Foundation.

What a great time we had at the St. Patrick's Day themed March Beer Dinner!
Harp Lager served with Potato Leek Soup

Southaven- April Wine Dinner is Coming Soon!!!

Our April Wine Dinner will be here before you know it. Make your reservations early, we had a sell out crowd in March. Here is a peek at the menu:
Kouros, Patras Dry White Wine from Greece served with Mixed Greens tossed in a Greek Vinaigrette topped with Tomatoes, Kalamata Olives, Feta Cheese and Purple Onions.
Sonoma-Cutrer Chardonnay served with Coquilles St. Jacques- Scallops in a White Wine Cream Sauce topped with Bread Crumbs and Parmesan Cheese.
Dynamite Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon served with Ribeye En Croute- Puff Pastry stuffed with grilled Ribeye, Carmelized Onions, Roasted Red Peppers and Goat Cheese topped with a Roasted Red Pepper Demi Glace.
Rosenblum "Desiree" Chocolate Infused Port served with Tiramisu.

Southaven- March Beer Dinner is less than a week away!

We had a great crowd for our March Wine Dinner!
