Gascon Malbec served with Mesquite grilled Duck Breast layered with Blackberry Demi Glace in Wheat Flour Cream Puffs

Evil Cabernet Sauvignon served with Bacon Wrapped Tenderloin of Beef with Wild Rice and Sundried Cranberry stuffed Mushroom Caps

Bonny and Doon Raspberry Eau de Vie Framboise Dessert Wine served with Mixed Berry topped Pound Cake and Chambord Whipped Creme
