On Friday night, we took the time to honor a couple of our VIPs with a Tie Hanging Ceremony. Their ties have now joined our "Wall of Fame" along with other distinguished VIPs. Congratulations to Mr. Larry Haupt and Mr. Steve Hanks!

Downtown- July Wine Dinner

Hogue Gewurztraminer - Baby spinach tossed with pineapples, grapes, and mangos, with almond and walnut stuffed shrimp wrapped in bacon and drizzled with a sweet and sour vinaigrette dressing.

Robert Mondovi Priv. Select Pinot Grigio- Fillet of Flounder stuffed with crab meat and then oven baked to a golden and covered with a creamy Newburg Seafood Sauce. Served with crispy friend spinach.

Solaire Cabernet Sauvignon by Robert Mondavi- Pork tenderloin stuffed with long grain and wild rice, carrots, celery, sweet onions, and fresh garlic, oven roasted and drizzled with a Rosemary and Port wine Demi glaze sauce.

Rosa Regale' Brachetto d'Acqui- Fresh marinated strawberries with sweet cream and served with lady fingers.

This Weeks Special At The Mesquite Chop House Downtown!



This weeks special at the Mesquite Chop House in Downtown Memphis will be our house caesar salad topped with pan seared Yellow Fin Tuna with a Kalamata olive, tomato, onion, and basil chutney. This divine salad is only $18!

Downtown- Private Party for Mobile Aerospace Engineering

Mobile Aerospace Engineering enjoyed a wonderful private dinner at the Mesquite Chop House in Downtown Memphis on June 10th. The menu featured the prime 8oz filet, the 12oz ribeye steak, wood smoked salmon, and mesquite grilled breast of chicken. Guests indulged in an appetizer buffet and mingled around a personal bar. The featured wines were Trivento Malbec and Ecco Domani Pinot Grigio. Everyone had a wonderful time enjoying the company of close friends and great food!

The friends of Mobile Aerospace Engineering enjoyed dinner at a table set for kings.


Mr. See, Mr. Kay, Mr. Aw, and Mr. Lyn enjoy a few cocktails before dinner.

Southaven- Private Wine Dinner for the Hamilton's

The group started their evening off with Zonin Prosecco and fruit and cheese plates.

Next course was Wishing Tree Unoaked Chardonnay served with
a Spinach Salad tossed in a White Wine Vinaigrette topped with Strawberries, Purple Onions
and Goat Cheese Fritters.

Erath Pinot Noir from Oregon was served with grilled Skewers of Swordfish, Red Bell
Pepper and Purple Onion topped with a Mango Puree.

For the next course, we had Catena "Alamos" Malbec served with a Beef Tenderloin Roulade, stuffed with Camelized Onions, Mushrooms and Blue Cheese.

Dessert was quite the show! We had Sundried Cherry Flambe served with
Rosenblum "Desiree" Chocolate infused Port.





Everyone had a grand time!
