Southaven- July Wine Dinner
We had such a great turn out for this month's Wine Dinner. I think everyone had a great time!
Wine and conversation were flowing all night!!!
Mrs. Salvatore brought her coworkers in for a real treat!
The Oaks' and the Beckman's ALWAYS have a great time at the Chop House!!!!
Dr. and Shirley Seymour are quite the regulars at our Wine Dinner.

Shiraz Braised Duck Breast topped with a Balsamic Glaze and chiffonade of Basilaccompanied by Roasted Red Pepper Risotto served with Hewitson "Ned and Henry's" Shiraz
Banana Creme Brulee served with Navan Vanilla Infused Cognac from the makers of Gran Marnier- Yummy!!!
Patrick and Debra Doyle always enjoy the Wine Dinner. Patrick is smart...........he keeps a Wine Journal handy to write down his favorites. He says he's had the same one since 1978!
