Southaven- May Wine Dinner Menu

Line 39 Sauvignon Blanc-

Chilled Grilled Prawns served over a bed of Mixed Greens tossed in an Orange Sesame Vinaigrette and topped with Roasted Red Peppers, Purple Onions and Mandarin Oranges.

Red Bicyclette Pinot Noir-
Wild Rice, Gouda and Sun Dried Cranberry stuffed Duck Breast topped with a Cranberry Demi Glace.

Chateau Ste. Michelle Cabernet Sauvignon-
Beef Tenderloin Medallions topped with a Duxelle Cream Sauce and served with Wild Mushroom Orzo.

Pacific Rim Sweet Riesling-
Apple Turnovers with a house made Caramel Sauce.

Southaven- Easter Brunch was HUGE!!!!!!

We were very busy for our Easter Brunch this year. So busy that we beat last year's sales!

We will have our lovely buffet as well as a Prime Rib carving station, Omelettes and Belgian Waffles made to order- it is quite the spread!
