Southaven- May Wine Dinner Menu

Line 39 Sauvignon Blanc-

Chilled Grilled Prawns served over a bed of Mixed Greens tossed in an Orange Sesame Vinaigrette and topped with Roasted Red Peppers, Purple Onions and Mandarin Oranges.

Red Bicyclette Pinot Noir-
Wild Rice, Gouda and Sun Dried Cranberry stuffed Duck Breast topped with a Cranberry Demi Glace.

Chateau Ste. Michelle Cabernet Sauvignon-
Beef Tenderloin Medallions topped with a Duxelle Cream Sauce and served with Wild Mushroom Orzo.

Pacific Rim Sweet Riesling-
Apple Turnovers with a house made Caramel Sauce.
