Southaven- Private Wine Dinner for the Hamilton's

The group started their evening off with Zonin Prosecco and fruit and cheese plates.

Next course was Wishing Tree Unoaked Chardonnay served with
a Spinach Salad tossed in a White Wine Vinaigrette topped with Strawberries, Purple Onions
and Goat Cheese Fritters.

Josh, preparing the Swordfish Skewers.

Erath Pinot Noir from Oregon was served with grilled Skewers of Swordfish, Red Bell
Pepper and Purple Onion topped with a Mango Puree.

For the next course, we had Catena "Alamos" Malbec served with a Beef Tenderloin Roulade, stuffed with Camelized Onions, Mushrooms and Blue Cheese.

Dessert was quite the show! We had Sundried Cherry Flambe served with
Rosenblum "Desiree" Chocolate infused Port.

Everyone had a grand time!
What a great way to spend the evening with your friends or business associates.
