Brie on Crostini with a Balsamic Fig Syrup served with Dr. Loosen Mosel-Riesling
Lobster Ravioli in a Tarragon Cream Sauce served with Columbia Crest "Grand Estates" Chardonnay
Bronzed Chicken Skewers and a Late Summer Slaw served with Catena "Alamos" Malbec
Ribeye Stuffed Pepper Rings topped with a Roasted Red Pepper Coulis served with Castle Rock Cabernet Sauvignon
